You have to be willing to use the tools as they are supposed to be used. Don’t be afraid of Unity’s tools as you are learning, but try to use them the way they were intended to be used as well. If you see this as annoying that is fine, it is how betas work. Do you still plan on using the web interface? I think this is important for you to know as well, because this is also a beta and you will have to use the web interface for it, regardless of what your plan is.
