software engineering is of growing importance in many fields today. it is generally accepted that software has become an integral part of many systems, and that it is playing a larger role than ever in the design and use of those systems. however, the process of software engineering is an ongoing process with many challenges. in particular, the high-level development of software systems is always accompanied by the need to ensure that systems meet the requirements of the people that use them. this paper focuses on the challenges of software engineering in the field of public administration. public administration has become an increasingly important field of study in recent years, and its practice is also becoming more common in many countries.

this paper describes the development of the software called the metamorphic cosmology engine (mce) for the study of the evolution of galaxies in the universe. a brief description of the mce and its use is given, followed by a discussion of the tools that have been developed to analyse the mce simulations and the results of the simulations. the paper concludes with a discussion of the future of the simulations and their use. the mce and its use are described in more detail in a series of other papers.

the increased popularity of mobile devices has led to the development of mobile applications. the quality of these applications is a key factor in their usefulness to the user. as an initial step, we present a study of the quality characteristics of mobile applications developed by students at the university of toronto. these characteristics include features such as performance, reliability, user experience, maintainability, and availability. the study was conducted using a commercial tool called codemeter. its dynamic code metrics give a clear picture of the quality of the software. we show that the quality characteristics of these mobile applications are significantly lower than those of the commercial applications. we also show that the quality of these mobile applications is significantly lower than that of the applications developed by professionals. in this paper, we give some statistics on the software engineering projects supported in the european framework programme 7 (fp7) europe component 2007-2013. we also give some statistics on the different categories of the projects. in addition, we analyzed the projects that are not part of the fp7, the other european projects. we also give some statistics on these projects. we also analyzed the projects that are not part of the fp7, the other european projects. the analysis is based on a dataset of the europe project management system and covers all projects that were completed until may 1, 2009. the analysis covers a total of 623 projects from the fp7, 824 projects from other european funding sources, and 10,056 projects from other countries. we also compared the projects within each category. 5ec8ef588b
