As an adult woman I have casual sex a lot and here’s what I’ve learned:
Exercise, eat healthy, have a positive attitude
Never have sex when you’re hungover. I started having sex when I was only 17 in my first serious relationship, which ended 3 years later, at the time of my first pregnancy. I’ve learned to only have sex when I feel good about myself in my body, when I’m in a good mood, and usually when I have at least one or two drinks (or a few). I usually have 3-4 drinks to relax myself before I perform so that I can enjoy the experience. Having casual sex has enabled me to be in a long-term relationship now. I had sex with my husband before I moved in with him because I wanted to start our relationship off right. He was very understanding and said that it was not really a problem but that we should wait for a day of our time where I was sober and clear-headed. I didn’t want to wait because I don’t have a problem with sex or my body. I just wanted to get it out of the way and get to know him better.
Avoid casual sex with people you don’t trust
I’ve only had sex with 4 of my boyfriends and don’t even really plan on dating anymore. I’ll only date and have sex with people I trust.
Steer clear from casual sex
I’ve dated 4 of my 5 long-term boyfriends. But my first boyfriend broke my heart. We were going out for 4 months and he didn’t ever say anything to me about wanting to have sex. He was clearly very nervous about it, even though he wanted it as much as I did. It was his first time and he was so awkward. He was like, “What are we doing right now?” He seemed scared to death about what would happen if it turned out I wasn’t really a virgin, but if anything it was confusing to me. At the same time I was super horny because it had been days since we’d been naked. However, when we finally had sex I didn’t feel the way he had told me I would. He pushed me really hard to

There are three main categories of casual sex apps: those that are dedicated to hookups or one night stands; those that allow for more interaction before any hookups, including ones that cater to women seeking potential partners; and finally, the casual dating apps like Tinder. Before you jump into bed with anyone, you might want to brush up on the research regarding casual sex, and, for women, the impact of casual sex on their sexual and relationship health. Sexual Contamination Is Heading Your Way There are two types of casual sex, everyone-can-hook-up-I-just-don’t-want-the-kids-to-find-out sex and the sex you have behind the back of the kids. Casual sex can lead to disease; both men and women can get STDs, some of which are fatal, and even cancers. You have a higher chance of getting a sexually transmitted disease if you have sex with more than one partner. Casual sex has become common because, for a number of reasons, dating and sexuality have changed. The rise of technologies like online dating, dating apps, and online hookup sites have allowed people to take control of the sex they had in the past and have it outside the traditional realm, while stigma against sexuality has led many to feel ashamed. Keeping tab on the evolution in sexual behavior around the world, a 2016 study by the Mckinsey Global Institute entitled “The State of Sexuality,” released a range of new data for the areas of sexual satisfaction, health and risks. The study found that 72 percent of adults have had sex in their lifetime and that 32 percent were sexually active in the last year. Experts are noting that people are having sex sooner, are having a much greater number of partners, and in the case of women, are avoiding contraception. These factors, coupled with the easy nature of hookup sites such as Tinder and Instagram and the “hookup culture” in which we live, makes casual sex among adults far more common than before. Furthermore, the phrase “casual sex” is often used interchangeably with “hookup culture,” and this is why there is confusion about casual sex in the first place. While casual sex has indeed become common, in 2015, study published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that approximately 13 percent of Americans between the ages of 15 and 49 have contracted one of four commonly occurring sexually transmitted diseases: chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, and syphilis.
