Firmware Toyota Tns510


i have a tns-510 and on the screen while the car is booting up it says the firmware has been upgraded, however i have not been able to upgrade to this new version of firmware. i have tried two different sd cards and both times the instructions stated it was a successful download and that it should be up to date, however it still says it is the old firmware. is there anyway to fix this? thanks

3. i bought the sat nav a few days later, i started to use it all over the house. i was about 10 metres from the computer when i first used it, and there was no signal. i turned the sat nav off and on, and the signal came back. i was just about to turn the sat nav off again, when i saw the sat nav had downloaded the new firmware for me, which i was expecting it to do.

4. i had to put the sat nav in the car, and it worked fine. i took it out again, and tried to update the firmware. the sat nav said it was updating, but when it was done it said that it was the old firmware. i took it back to the dealer, and they said the problem was in the sat nav, and the sat nav they had to replace the aerial connector and the sat nav.

we bought our toyota car in aug 2016, since then we have had the car serviced at a toyota dealer 3 times, they have plugged a sensor on the dash, they have changed the display, they have checked the traction control sensors. they have not changed the navigation or mapping of the car. the car displays the updates on the display and we have manually downloaded the updates to the car. the car is just over a year old and they claim they have updated over 1000 vehicles the same way.
