They can be found on your platform, on your enemies, and on bosses. You can win one by blasting them with a bullet. Dodge Dummy has four levels, each with different obstacles and a unique theme. You start off in level one where there are only a couple of obstacles. The Dodge Dummy is a fictional character in the comic strip Doonesbury, created by Garry Trudeau. In the comic strip, Mark Judge (his last name spelled “JUDGE”) was the alter ego of cartoonist Garry Trudeau who created the strip. Mark is essentially a parody of the biracial white American comedian Rodney Dangerfield. Mark Judge was introduced in Doonesbury in its first syndicated strip on May 24, 1988, after being hired by Trudeau to use his extensive vocabulary of South African expressions. In the first year, Mark was an alcoholic who frequently resorted to using and abusing co-workers, journalists, celebrities, and even the police. Character arc The first few years of Doonesbury were bedeviled by Mark’s compulsive pot addiction, which resulted in him routinely being fired by his bosses.
