i found a hack that lets you use infinite mana. here is how to do it:
1. go to your desktop
2. open up microsoft word
3. open up the document that you made in step 1
4. find the line that says “mana = 0”
5. change the number to a number that is higher than what it says.
6. save the document
7. close the document
8. go to your black & white 2 folder
9. open up the file called “bcb2-all-hacks.txt”
10. paste your document into the text file
11. close the text file
12. play the game
the game is awesome, but it’s a little bit buggy. if you move your finger at the wrong time, you’ll get stuck. this is a game that requires an extreme amount of precision. if you make even a tiny mistake, it will totally mess you up. i was getting pretty annoyed with the bugs, so i tried out some of the in-game help features. the hints were surprisingly useful, and helped me find all of the secret rooms.
if you see your creature in the store, it will be in the list of “inspector and assistants” creatures. to get another creature, just get your creature to level 10 or above in the inspector’s list, and you will get the new creature automatically when you load the game. the next level is the next creature. each creature comes with his own dialogs, and their level also affects their stats and abilities.
the game can be played through single-player campaign mode or a co-op campaign mode. in the single-player campaign, the player starts with a single creature. the player must then travel through a series of levels, killing monsters and completing quests to gain experience and level up the creature. after each level, the player must find a way to collect enough experience points to level up the creature. once the creature has reached a certain level, the player will have the opportunity to purchase new creatures, abilities and equipment. the player is also able to use these new items to craft potions and items that they can use to level up their creatures. the game can also be played with two or more players on a single computer. in co-op mode, players choose one of three different creatures, and go through the game together.
