It looks beautiful but seems to be fairly short. The 2D combat is very flashy and chaotic, and it feels a bit like they went too far with the hack and slash style. The interface is made more awkward by its mixture of 2D, 2.5D and 3D. The design of the character is pretty cool, but on a 2D plane, it might be too small for people to distinguish the different colors at first. There’s also the thing of the over-reliance on loot. I’m not sure this has been a big problem in MMOs but it is a problem with the lack of tutorials on the main screen. Another thing that I felt was a little off is the camera. When I fought, I sometimes had trouble seeing other enemies unless I zoomed in, and there isn’t an option to hide the camera from the perspective when you’re fighting, so it doesn’t help either.
