A mercenary named Toast, finds himself being hired by a what appears to be a woman named Lady Clipboard. Clipboard has hired you to kill all the humans and destroy all they they hold dear to make the world more beautiful. Or rebel against this entity and follow the titular Queen Pepper and help her and the other kingdoms stop the titans, monsters that wish to consume all humans. You begin each map at the beginning of a new day in the broken kingdom. You get to control a character known as Toast, and throughout the game you will have to find each other royal’s and defeat the champions of the thirteen kingdoms. You will be hiring new characters to join your team to complete your journey through each kingdom to defeat the champions. Each kingdom has their own element and a champion that has mastered the said element.
