I just installed your software onto my computer as well as the computrainer wireless. I have xfinity as my internet service provider and the wireless the wireless router is not very powerful at two bars I am usually at five bars plus. When I turn on the ideal it says it is scanning but it never does. Does the ideal need to be plugged in to work?
Hi, I am running the computrainer wireless, It seems to scan lots but nothing is showing up on it. My issue is it works okay with a computer on the same network as the computrainer which I believe is connected to my computer, but when I disconnect it and turn on the computrainer nothing is showing up. I am trying to get this to work for a first time. The computrainer records data fine but I cannot get it to show the data on the ideal. It got a blue light when I press the power on the ideal. I have tried to it might be the ideal but if I shut down computrainer no power can be turned on. I put computrainer in the ethernet port and tried it in power and it worked but I did not get the blue light when I turn on computrainer. What could be the problem?
Hi, they have stopped the ideal service and want you to format your computer. I bought the unit and it worked great for me until they stopped service. I have a friend with the specter and would like to continue to use the computrainer. I bought the new unit this year and it has stopped working. I was using it with your software from 2013 until 2017 and it was a great unit for all my training. I am doing the same training now as I did then and it works fine except that I cannot get the ideal to work.
