I bought the product and started it. When I got to the ip set up page and selected my network there was no connection. It gave me a error message saying that the service was unavailable and asked if I wanted to try again, retry or cancel. Not a good start. That part of the install was necessary. Without it there was no chance of me being able to use the product. I guess I could have kept trying but I wasn’t sure what would happen if I did that.

I wasn’t able to locate the support file, forum, or anything on the Net that tells me what to do. I tried the suggestions in the TRTo installer – that didn’t work. I tried to start installing Crystal Reports, it failed at the point you would normally choose to start the external application. The TRTo installer reported no errors. On re-trying to install, it failed again from the same spot.

I have read all the articles and have tried (more than once) all the procedures, included the suggestions from the TRTo installer. I have discovered that the TRTo installer requires no downloads and will install without them. The installer also has a “safe mode” option which I have tried. When starting the installer it requires that uTorrent is running. I have closed the program several times and the installer has resumed. I have used Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 on both x32 and x64 systems.
